What does 10 32 Institute mean?

Plainly put, 10-32 is the ten code, or cop lingo for "man with a gun". We want to train men and women to use and be familiar with their firearms. People that carry firearms take a large responsibility for doing so because they may be defending life with that firearm. When defending life with a firearm you are in combat with another individual. We will train you to successfully complete that mission so you can go home to your family and live to see another day while you do the right thing.

I'm a God fearing, family man that loves to train individuals that have a passion for firearms. I've been married to Lori since 1998 and we have two children. We have lived in Tuscola since marriage and have enjoyed settling here and being part of this excellent community.

I enjoy playing guitar, bass, and writing music. Yet my favorite hobby is shooting and teaching people how to shoot pistol and rifle. This passion has created 1032 institute.
My nearly 14 year Police Officer career afforded me many hours of firearms training. I currently hold several instructor license which include:
1. Master Firearms Instructor
2. Police firearms Instructor
3. Patrol Rifle Instructor
4. PPCT Control Tactics Instructor
5. Illinois Concealed Carry Instructor
6. NRA "certified" basic pistol instructor
I hold a bachelors degree in Psychology and an associates degree in criminal justice.

About 1032 Institute

Ten Thirty-Two Institute was created because we believe in training. After Illinois passed the concealed carry law many people were asking for the mandated state training, but wanted more gun handling training than one of these classes would provide. We believe if you are willing to carry a firearm you should train with it frequently and have the right mindset to protect life. Therefore, we mainly cater to the civilian market. Not only in concealed carry classes, but in advanced pistol and combat rifle training. We do offer advanced pistol and rifle courses for training professional law enforcement agencies.
We are located in the small humble community of Tuscola, IL. You can find more information about our community HERE.
We can also travel to your training facility to instruct your group. If you have a group prepared, and have an establishment to instruct, contact us to make special arrangements for group rates.
